Buildings today communicate with their surroundings and the people who are in them. As a building computer scientist, you take care of this:in. In this job, you are responsible for building automation or multimedia and communication systems as well as their planning.
Your tasks
- You will carefully coordinate and install building automation, communications and multimedia (GKM) systems, including related information and communications technology (ICT) devices, components and networks.
- You will expertly connect GKM systems with higher-level management systems and integrate technical building systems such as heating and ventilation as well as electrical energy consumers into a functioning network and control them intelligently.
- You install and integrate devices and applications in a functioning network.
- You attach great importance to compliance with security-relevant requirements and ensure data protection.
- You will gain extensive knowledge in network technology and in the field of IT security.
