This is what awaits you: As a learner or a learning specialist, you will be part of the team from your first day and have the opportunity to get to know the field of customer dialogue in the various departments within Mobi24, a subsidiary of Mobiliar, at our management location in Bern.
This is what you do with us: During your training, you will help our customers with written and telephone inquiries and concerns on insurance-specific topics as well as in emergency situations and develop into a communication professional.
By caring for customers in exceptional situations, you shape the furniture’s customer relationships sustainably.
