- During your 3-year training, you will be used in the following work situations to gain a holistic insight into banking: Receiving and forwarding bank customers
- Administrative preparation and processing of banking transactions Assistance in advising customers
Main responsibilities
- During your 3-year training, you will be used in the following work situations to gain a holistic insight into banking: Receiving and forwarding bank customers
- Administrative preparation and processing of banking transactions Assistance in advising customers
- Advising and supporting bank customers via digital channels In addition to the classic work situations in banking, you will also encounter topics such as marketing and project management in your training with us.
- In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers.
- You can complete the training with us either in the EFZ advanced basic education or with vocational maturity.
- At the same time, you will visit the Vocational School (BWZ Rapperswil SG) one to two days a week as well as the intercompany courses at the CYP, a competence center for modern banking expertise, about once a month. Requirements
- Highest level of people with good to very good performance
- Enjoy customer contact and work in different teams
- Interest in banking and economic connections Interested in dealing with digital media
- Reliability, open to new things, willingness to learn, commitment and communication skills
