Get your EFZ through training in the catering industry. With us you will start a varied and meaningful apprenticeship with a future, because as a chef you can expect a supportive working environment from day one. We are looking for you for our company Tertianum Residenz Bellerive in the city of Lucerne from August 1, 2027
Apprenticeship as a cook EFZ or as a kitchen employee EBA
You'll learn that with us
- Working in various areas of the kitchen: preparing, cooking, serving and serving food
- Set-up work and storage: You ensure that all ingredients are fresh and in stock
- Care and cleanliness: Hygiene is particularly important; with us you will learn about the HACCP regulation and how it is implemented in the kitchen
