Informatics at the Swiss Paraplegic Centre ensures IT services for the entire Paraplegic Group as well as for other customers. Tasks: • You are responsible for running and configuring existing medical applications. • You cover the support for the solutions you supervise in the 2nd and partially 3rd level. The service concept is your priority and you recognize the added value of these support services. • You create and manage the documentation within your task area. • When analyzing clinical requirements as well as developing and evaluating solution proposals and concepts, you can use your skills profitably. • You implement new requirements independently with the supplier, test them, plan and regularly carry out maintenance windows, changes and release changes. • You can imagine taking over the project management in small projects. Requirements • You have a completed training as a computer scientist EFZ with a further education in business informatics or a completed study in the field of medical informatics / computer science or medical technology. • Well-founded experience in healthcare is an advantage and terms such as DICOM, HL7 or “select* from” are not foreign words to you. • You are familiar with analyses, conception and implementation of requirements. • You work confidently and solution-oriented with external suppliers and consistently represent the interests of the organization. • You are enthusiastic about project work, are open to new things and are characterized by your high customer orientation. • You are a team player and communicate skillfully in the German language (verbal and written). • High flexibility, reliability and social competence round off your profile.
