Application process
- You ensure the stable operation of our applications and support with faults, analyses and technical issues
- You maintain, test and optimize data as an important basis for our IoT and digitalization projects
- You collect data and key figures and thus support project and operational decisions
- You support the further development of applications, interfaces and processes
- You will accompany roll-outs in our stores, from technical preparation to hardware coordination to implementation on site
- You will be involved in piloting, testing, training and technical enabling of key users
- You can gradually take responsibility for subprojects, features or major change requests, including requirements collection, coordination and testing.
- Perspectively, you will continue to develop towards IT Service Management
