- Von Vorteil ist es, wenn du die spezifischen Anforderungen im (Lebensmittel-)Grosshandel gut kennst.
- Du hast fundierte SQL und Datenbank Kenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohes Prozessverständnis
- Du bist Dienstleister/in aus Leidenschaft, mit hohem Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Eigeninitiative
- Selbständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Du bist teamfähig und belastbar, bleibst auch in hektischen Situationen ruhig
- Du bist flexibel in den Arbeitszeiten um den Pikettdienst sowie gelegentliche Einsätze ausserhalb der Regelarbeitszeit abdecken zu können
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, weiter Fremdsprachen FR/IT von Vorteil
Application process
- You ensure the operation and monitoring of the ERP application developed by Transgourmet itself and its connected systems
- The applications and processes include both pick-up and delivery wholesale trade
- You process errors and errors in the relevant applications (analysis, correction, documentation, forwarding)
- Create and edit tickets and documentation in Atlassian Tools Jira and Confluence
- You advise and support people in the areas of application and process handling
- You ensure the coordination of tasks between 1st level support and application development
- You perform routine data cleanup work and mass mutations in the area of master data
- You create reports and checklists for specialist departments and IT (SQL) You support projects with your expertise
