- Creating transparency in terms of priorities, dependencies, responsibilities, maturity, budget impact and value contribution
- Creation of a basis for decision-making for the AI Center of Competence, the CIO, departments, PMO and other governance bodies
- Moderation of portfolio reviews and prioritization workshops with business and IT stakeholders
- Ensuring portfolio alignment with AI strategy, governance, security standards and data protection requirements
