We are looking for you as a commercial all-rounder for the helpdesk service of Migros Zurich.

Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for the interior design orders for our branches as well as for merchants and project managers.
- You will receive fault reports, record them and schedule them in the helpdesk of Migros Zurich’s building management (on Thursday and Friday half-days).
- You process technical alarms reliably and on time.
- You coordinate requests and ensure the forwarding to internal and external specialist departments.
- You are actively involved in day-to-day operations and safely move in an environment with a high need for coordination. Requirements
- First professional experience: in the administrative area or call center
- Completed basic or continuing education: in the commercial sector with good technical understanding or basic technical education with continuing education
- Quick comprehension and team-oriented working methods
- Enjoyment of intensive telephone work as well as friendly, professional appearance even in demanding situations
- Safety in a lively, sometimes hectic working environment with a high volume of work
