Your new challenges

• Processing and monitoring incoming requests and orders
• Support and advise our internal customers
• Implementation of clarifications with internal departments and distributors
• Schools of processes and tasks
• With the help of process design of new services, as well as supply chain management projects

Your ideal conditions

• Completed apprenticeship preferably in a commercial profession
• Some years of professional experience in the field of order fulfillment / processing order processing
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Good knowledge in dealing with PC and EDP tools as well as SAP
• Team player and joy of contact with people
• Fluent knowledge of German, as well as very good knowledge of English and French
