Area of activity
- IT Service Desk: First point of contact for employees by phone or ticket
- Request management: analyze support requests and solve them efficiently
- Quality assurance: Ensure clear documentation in the ITSM system
- Client support: Maintain end devices and ensure smooth operation
- IT compliance: actively implementing IT and security standards

- Training: IT training (e.g. computer scientist EFZ, IT supporter) or comparable experience in IT support
- Experience: you have solid experience with ticket systems; ITIL knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge: Microsoft operating systems and Office 365 are safe for you
- Further skills: You bring basic network understanding and apply it pragmatically
