This is what you do with us

You accompany our customers in the event of damage – from their notification to the conclusion and provide security towards our customers with regard to the processing of damages.

You maintain a close exchange with your team and all parties involved in the event of damage and inspire our customers through your high willingness to provide services. Optionally, you take over the practical training of the learners, carry out damage inspections on site and take responsibility for the commissioning, coordination and control of the craftsmen.

• Completed training in the insurance sector
• Enjoying contact and accompanying customers in the event of damage
• High motivation to learn new things in a varied field of activity

• Security in dealing with the Microsoft Office range and digital affinity
• Fluent knowledge of German in words and writing, knowledge of other languages is a plus
