What you can do with us

• Ensuring a comprehensive presence as well as high-quality guest care, before, during and after the trip
• Checking tickets and stitch checks in regional traffic
• Selling additional offers
• Customer information in the event of a rule or malfunction
• Willingness to participate in job-related projects
• Prepare the trains together with the train driver
• Review of various technical and customer-relevant facilities

This luggage is for you to bring

• Completed apprenticeship as well as the willingness to complete further training as a train attendant ZSTEBV
• Ideally a few years of professional experience in the service sector
• High service and intercultural skills

-Linguist, courteous, and communicative host

• Very good knowledge of German (mother tongue or C2), good knowledge of English (B1) and, advantageously, other good foreign language skills (A2)
• Good knowledge of PC and MS Office
• Personal responsibility, independence and good team and conflict skills
