• You support the head of risk management and the ombudsman with a high degree of commitment in all administrative activities
• You are responsible for the correct entry of cases in the database, correspondence, file compilation, appointment coordination and archiving work
• You carry out research orders and prepare statistics and presentations Requirements:
• You have at least a high school diploma or a qualification from a technical secondary school
• You have fluent German and are very familiar with the most common MS Office products
• You appreciate deal with people, show initiative and have an interest in the Swiss healthcare system
• If you have a high level of service orientation and would like to work at the cutting edge of risk management, then you are the person we are looking for. We offer:
