Main responsibilities
- Independent and versatile work in vitreoretinal surgery for outpatient and inpatient care
- Management and further development of the vitreoretinal service
- Active participation in education and training with the aim of achieving the highest level of professional competence and quality of care
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external partners to optimize treatment quality Profile
- Completed specialist training as an FMH specialist in ophthalmology with a specialization in vitreoretinal surgery
- Several years of experience in vitreoretinal surgery and high professional competence in this field
- High social competence, team spirit, and leadership qualities
- You are a committed, service-oriented, and reliable personality
- You love working with people and communicate openly and transparently
