- Within our Site Assets & Spaces division, which has the corporate responsibility for future-oriented, inspiring working environments and the operation of the owned assets (buildings and associated facilities) at the site, you are at the heart of the digital transformation: the Virtual Factory.
- This state-of-the-art, multifunctional hub serves as a catalyst for creativity, immersive learning and cross-functional collaboration across the site.
- We are looking for a committed and visionary Virtual Factory XR Lead to lead these essential innovation spaces.
- In this role, you will be in direct contact with all business units and work closely with the other community leads (especially for 3D printing and media creation).
- You act as a strategic partner who combines technological opportunities with concrete operational business challenges and develops innovative solutions.
Additional details
- Responsibility for the training, supervision and targeted coaching of ICT and Mediamatics learners in order to actively involve them in innovation projects.
