WE RECOGNIZE

You will be responsible for defining and deploying the means to perform quality controls at all stages of manufacturing and product development (watchmaking and jewellery).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Define a control strategy according to the specifics of the product:

• Write control ranges
• Implement the most appropriate measurement tools for dimensional controls
• Carry out MMT control programmes (optics and palpation)

Work in collaboration with different services (design, methods, production...)

Participate in the development of new products

• Participate in product development meetings
• Validate the first series with production
• Control bid documents for customers
• Write submission reports
• Analyze manufacturing processes (capability)

Participate in problem solving

• To be the technical reference from a metrology point of view
• Carrying out measures
• Analyze MSP tracking

Observe and analyze the results of the production controls

• CMC/R&R studies and various analyses to validate the adequacy of controls
• Capitalize information to make a feedback experience

Organize and host quality meetings

Conduct monitoring audits to ensure the application of good quality control practices

Provide technical support to the various production operators

Actively participate in technology watch and related projects

YOUR PROFILE

Diploma of technician in microtechnics / precision mechanic / physical measurements / quality or equivalent

Desired experience of a few years in watchmaking and or jewellery

Rigor, organization, analytical spirit, relational sense, synthesis and responsiveness are essential qualities for this position

MMT programming knowledge (PCDMIS, Keyence) is a plus
