Introduction For our Information Systems Division, we are looking for a Lead Mobile Tech (H/F) whose main mission will be the construction and development of collaborating platforms (used application, intranet, extranet).
Responsibilities
- Design technical solutions in an IT and organizational environment complex by the application of good practices, the setting up of,supporting development teams, and the provision of tools for developers, in order to create a stable, resilient and efficient platform
- Actively participate in the creation of web and mobile solutions, with sensitivity for front-end development and improvement of the user experience
- Define the, application architecture of our mobile applications (Ano architecture, state management, Offline-first...)
- Ensure the quality of the achievements by guaranteeing good mobile practices (TDD, unit tests, Golden test, E2E, code review) and ensuring their implementation within the development teams
- Provide continuous support to the team developers, by training them on good practices, technologies and tools in use
- Organize and coordinate the work of the developers to ensure a logical sequence of tasks
- Ensure technical coordination between the teams of the various solutions
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of new methods and technologies that can offer competitive advantages to the company, particularly regarding the development of agents
- Ensure the monitoring and the optimal performance of applications.
Profile
- Advanced training in computer science or engineering EPF or HES
- Experience confirmed and diversified in the development and management of mobile and web applications
- Knowledge of the languages of the United States and web and mobile libraries: Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, KMP, Perfecto, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Java, Spring and SpringBoot, Vue.js/React, agile methodology (Scrum), Gitlab, Jira, Azure devops
- Excellent mastery of the Mobile Channels Flutter
- Ability to design scalable and efficient architectures
- Expertise in the optimization of web and mobile performance
- Knowledge of the environment Azure Dev Ops and JIRA
- Knowledge of security protocols, HTTPS, Oauth, and good practices OWASP
- Ability to inspire, guide and motivate a team towards, achieve, and share common objectives
- A good sense of human contact and excellent communication
- A strong sense of responsibility, autonomy and proactivity.
