Main responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of your team and deputy of the care service management
- Personnel management with promotion of personnel development and forward-looking personnel deployment planning
- Ensuring and continuously developing quality of care and organisation of care
- Implementation of strategic objectives and co-creation of future-oriented concepts
- Active participation in day-to-day care, especially in the event of staff shortages
- Planning and coordination of working meetings and management of working groups and workshops Requirements
- Completed training as a Dipl. Care professional HF
- Several years of professional experience in acute or long-term care as well as managerial experience Structure, reliability and joy of teamwork
- Good knowledge of German (min.
