You ensure the efficient trading of securities. The division into three sub-teams covers a wide range of tasks and is in close contact with internal and external interfaces. You work closely with the trading area and other internal stakeholders. The focus is on high process quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your tasks • Lead, coach and develop in order to achieve sustainable success together and create a positive, future-oriented working culture • Responsibility for the correct and timely processing of subscriptions and redemptions of funds and hedge funds • Ensuring end-to-end settlement, including on Swiss public holidays • Representing the area vis-à-vis counterparties, trading departments and internal stakeholders on technical topics • Optimize and further develop existing and implement new processes • Completed higher education (HF, FH, ETH, Uni) or equivalent further education • Several years of professional experience in banking operations, ideally with a focus on fund and settlement processing • Experience in leadership topics such as team development and people management • Strong professional and technical understanding in your area of responsibility • Readiness for shift and public holiday missions (Monday to Friday, 08.00 – 23.30) • You are characterized by high flexibility, resilience and a high quality awareness • Very good knowledge of German and English as well as secure communication skills • Mutual support and team spirit are important to us • Exciting and diverse range of tasks with many network possibilities • We offer you space for your ideas and thus design the bank of tomorrow
