Main responsibilities
- Support of station management in planning, organisation and management tasks on the station
- Ensuring professional, patient-centered and high-quality care on the ward with a capacity of 24 beds
- Empathetic and needs-oriented support of patients and their relatives within the framework of the zone and tandem model
- Co-responsibility in the management committee of the station in the sense of shared governance
- Active participation in the strategic and operational management of the station
- Participation in field-related projects and participation in team development processes
- Work on an interdisciplinary station for women and men using the principles of Lean Hospital
- Optimization of processes, quality and patient orientation Requirements
- Experience in an acute operation, ideally at least 2 years in the postpartum
- Professional experience in a management position or willingness to undertake leadership training
