Everyday life and leisure are designed together in the residential group taking into account agogic and nursing aspects

You arrange the activities in such a way that you have enough time for administrative and domestic activities

They support learning professionals care and professionals health in the development of their skills

You are an expert in EFZ and have experience working with people with different disabilities or are interested in getting familiar with this field of activity.

They enjoy creating a comfortable home together with the residents. You manage well to make the relationships professional

You recognize group dynamic challenges. You are able to positively influence them in the sense of a good living atmosphere

Solution orientation, a high sense of responsibility, professionalism and transparent communication are competencies that you bring to the team

Targeted further education on agogic and nursing topics, an internal educational offer and promotion of external further education
