As a Trade Specialist, you will be an essential pillar of our production workshop.

- Your responsibilities will be structured around two main axes: To provide expert technical expertise on the preparation/termination processes on our CT500/CT501 machines (by ensuring robust processes, reproducibility of results and optimization of industrial performance) and direct operational support to our production teams.
- Actively participate in the organisation of work to ensure the optimisation of the quality, the quantities produced, and the efficiency of the flows within the workshop.
- You have a relevant technical training in mechanics, micromechanics, machining or production, or have significant experience in a similar production environment, with mechanized polishing machines.
- You have a thorough knowledge and proven practical experience of Recomatic CT500/CT501 polishing machines or comparable equipment.
Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities will be structured around two main axes: To provide expert technical expertise on the preparation/termination processes on our CT500/CT501 machines (by ensuring robust processes, reproducibility of results and optimization of industrial performance) and direct operational support to our production teams.
- Actively participate in the organisation of work to ensure the optimisation of the quality, the quantities produced, and the efficiency of the flows within the workshop.
- You are the preferred interlocutor for all the problems related to equipment CT500/501, tools, consumables,
- You ensure the technical link between the machining and polishing plants to ensure the conformity of surface conditions and compliance with aesthetic requirements.
- Identify technical training needs, train teams and propose continuous process improvements.
- Conduct fault/problem analyses and propose an associated action plan.
Key requirements
- You have a relevant technical training in mechanics, micromechanics, machining or production, or have significant experience in a similar production environment, with mechanized polishing machines.
- You have a thorough knowledge and proven practical experience of Recomatic CT500/CT501 polishing machines or comparable equipment.
- You master the principles and techniques of precision machining and finishing.
