  • Attached to the Vaudois Judicial Order, the Tribunal des mesures de forcement et d'application des sentences orders pre-trial detention or on grounds of security and, if provided for by the Swiss Code of Criminal Procedure, orders or authorizes other coercive measures.
  • It also monitors post-conviction restrictions.
  • In order to complement the existing team, the Tribunal for Enforcement and Coercive Measures, which employs nearly 35 judges and collaborators, is seeking a specialist case manager.
  • Independently manage and monitor cell records by mastering business processes and procedures related to the field.
  • Analyze and process the various steps of the process in relation to record keeping, verifying that all exhibits are assembled and compliant.
  • Collaborate in the conduct and planning of hearings, hearings and consultations by determining the degree of urgency.
  • Manage the handling, routing and dispatch of various correspondence by setting priorities according to legal deadlines and deadlines.
  • Write certain decisions and documents, including transcripts of hearings, under the signature of the judge or any other person authorized to do so.

  • As part of the recruitment process, applicants will be required to submit an extract from the prosecution register and a criminal record of less than 3 months.
  • An appointment to the lower salary class is possible if the duration of the experience in connection with the judicial administration, in legal studies or notary is insufficient at the time of the appointment.
