- Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung in der Assekuranz mit Weiterbildung zur/m Versicherungsfachfrau/-fachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis oder gleichwertiger Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Underwriting von Motorfahrzeug-Flottenversicherungen bzw. Privatkundengeschäft

Key requirements
- Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung in der Assekuranz mit Weiterbildung zur/m Versicherungsfachfrau/-fachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis oder gleichwertiger Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Underwriting von Motorfahrzeug-Flottenversicherungen bzw. Privatkundengeschäft
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und Profitabilität
- Selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Landessprachen von Vorteil
