- Oversees the management of scope changes related to technical endpoints, ensuring strategic alignment across related roadmaps while proactively driving improvements to integration processes.
- Accountability/Problem Solving: Leads the analysis of complex technical integration issues across ecosystem boundaries, eliciting detailed system requirements and influencing architectural decisions.
- Accountable for overall system readiness on significant initiatives, defining data and transaction synchronization solutions, and driving consensus through persuasive technical communication.
- Proactively identifies integration risks, such as data mapping discrepancies, and mentors colleagues on technical problem-solving.
