- Co-create and align CDx launch plans with drug therapy timelines to ensure seamless "day-one" testing readiness.
- Country & Regional Collaboration: Partner with Roche Diagnostics regional and country stakeholders to drive successful CDx pull-through.
- You will help markets overcome barriers to adoption, deliver pharmaceutical partner objectives and ultimately drive precision medicine innovation.
- Commercial Strategy Leader: Drive the commercial strategy for IHC-based companion diagnostics, ensuring our value proposition resonates with pathologists, laboratory managers, and pharma stakeholders.
- End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Provide technical and strategic guidance throughout early assay development and lead commercial product delivery from concept to commercialization.
- Responsible for on-market product strategy, supply topics, quality issues, incorporating global regulatory updates, label expansion and end-of-life product management.
- PHCS Strategy Leadership: Lead design and execution of our overarching strategy in collaboration with PHCS leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to define long-term strategies.
