- You lead and develop the subordinate Real Estate Area Directors and promote a powerful, customer-oriented organization
- Together with owners and your team, you will develop strategies for the positioning and further development of the locations and ensure their economic success.
- You maintain sustainable relationships with owners, tenants and other stakeholders and represent Wincasa professionally on the market
- You lead complex projects such as mandate assumptions, repositionings or revitalizations and ensure their successful implementation
- You are responsible for budget, forecast and relevant key figures and derive optimization measures for your portfolio from this
- You work together with the specialist departments across departments and ensure compliance with our quality standards
- You recognize market potential, acquire new mandates and actively drive the further development of our business area.
- You have a university degree or a comparable education with corresponding further education as well as several years of management experience in a comparable function
- You will bring deep experience in the real estate, retail, hospitality, marketing environment and understand the requirements of complex commercial real estate
- You are very well connected in the real estate industry and know the needs of the owner side
