Role overview
For our Research & Development division, we are looking for an R&D Engineer in watchmaking design (M/F) with varied experience in designing high-precision watch movements that integrate complex mechanical systems and advanced technologies.
Reporting to the 'Movement Construction' department, you will participate in the research phases of concepts, construction and development of our future calibers.
Involved in the phases of innovation and creativity, you will be at the heart of the development of new technical solutions that will enable us to respond to performance, reliability and exclusivity issues of our new products.

- Design, size, develop innovative watch systems
- Understand and integrate production constraints
- Degree, Master's degree in Microtechnology/Mechanics or equivalent training
- Confirmed experience in watch movement design
Main responsibilities
- Design, size, develop innovative watch systems
- Understand and integrate production constraints
- Ensure technical follow-up and communication around movement construction projects
- Manage technical information and definition reference
- Participate in the evolution of trade knowledge
- Be an actor in project follow-up within the construction perimeter Profile
- Degree, Master's degree in Microtechnology/Mechanics or equivalent training
- Confirmed experience in watch movement design
- Proposal force in the search for new mechanical concepts and in solving technical problems
- Possessing solid knowledge in mechanics, you are comfortable in sizing and calculation phases
