Application process
- MAIN MISSIONS OF THE FUNCTION Be responsible for the proper application and improvement of the quality criteria of production.
- Monitor quality indicators.
- Solve quality issues.
- Participate in cross-cutting projects linked to specific quality needs.
- DEFINITION OF LIABILITY Establish quality criteria in collaboration with the quality manager Monitor the correct application of quality criteria in production lines
- Calibration of visitors / trade specialists
- Daily support to validate quality criteria Follow quality indicators
- Indicators Restart / Redress / Customer Returns

- Lead monthly sessions quality produced Conduct internal and external problem solving (NCI/NCE) with production departments by applying the appropriate analysis tools (8D, QRQC,...) : Guaranteeing the problem-solving method
- Presents results to QAR and other TQP regularly audit its space Monitoring the quality of outsourcing: Technical Support / Problem Resolution
