- Your missions: Analysis and optimization of store management Carry out an inventory of the operation and management of the consumables store Analyze flows, stock levels and existing management methods Identify areas for improvement in terms of organization, traceability and performance Participate in the definition of new store management standards Review of storage methods Review storage strategies in relation to available capacities and locations Optimize the location of items and physical flows Improve ergonomics and operational efficiency of store areas Participate in the establishment of visual and organizational standards Digitization of diamond tool flows Digitize the interfaces for controlling the flow of diamond tools Develop or improve tools for monitoring and managing tool movements Implement management indicators and operational reporting Support users in the adoption of new tools Chemical waste management Implement applications and tools facilitating the management and traceability of chemical waste Participate in improving disposal flows and associated practices Contribute to the security and compliance of processes 5S approach – tool store Lead a 5S approach within the tool store area Define organization and storage standards Implement continuous improvement actions with field teams Participate in the development of a culture of operational excellence The must haves and skills necessary for this position: Student in engineering school, final year
