This role is responsible for overseeing scheduling, planning, inventory control, production control, and shipping/receiving operations for the Sulzer Nuclear Service Center.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production scheduling and planning activities.
- 3–5 years of experience in production control systems and management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pump manufacturing or a related manufacturing environment.
Main responsibilities

- Manage production scheduling and planning activities.
- Coordinate inventory control processes to support production requirements.
- Establish manufacturing priorities in collaboration with planning teams.
- Leads cross-functional discussions to resolve production and delivery challenges.
- Monitor production capacity and delivery schedules to meet customer commitments.
- Identify and resolve production and process issues to maintain schedule adherence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Oversee warehouse operations and materials management.
- Ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities
Key requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in production control systems and management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pump manufacturing or a related manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.
