- In this position you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of ABB's Mobile e-Power Systems portfolio.

Application process
- You will manage ABB’s global Mobile e-Power Systems portfolio, including power converters, electric traction motors, battery energy storage, power distribution, and control systems for applications across mining, construction, off-highway equipment, public transportation, marine, and other industrial mobility segments.
- Working closely with customers, OEMs, sales, engineering, R&D, and operations teams, you will drive portfolio strategy, support key electrification projects, and translate market needs into innovative solutions that accelerate business growth and strengthen ABB’s leadership in sustainable mobility. Work model : hybrid You will be mainly accountable for:
- Leading the market intelligence analysis and identifying potential gaps in the portfolio, with respect to the competition and new market opportunities.
- Owning technical and market specification for the offer and determining an offering business plan that supports sustainable growth while leading customer need and value analysis, planning the roadmap to create maximum value, and following-up on portfolio performance.
- Leading the offer lifecycle management process, analyzing current offers, defining, and tracking performance metrics, and making decisions on offer obsolescence and end-of life to ensure that current and future market requirements are met to maximize their profitability.
- Setting targets, monitoring offering costs and giving inputs to operations functions (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Production) to maximize competitiveness and profitability.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, systems engineering, business development, application engineering, or related roles.
- Experience with electrified powertrain systems, power electronics, electric drives, battery systems, charging systems, energy storage systems, or related electrification technologies.
