- Own product design for a squad and advocate for a world-class user experience.
- Research and map complex user workflows to ensure our solutions are intuitive and highly functional.
- Integrate AI into every stage of your design workflow, leveraging it to accelerate research synthesis, automate repetitive tasks, and explore high-fidelity prototypes more efficiently.
- Listen to our users and customers to understand their needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the SDLC and how we can enable developers and AI agents to produce better quality software.
- Work closely with other product designers to ensure a cohesive information architecture and a unified experience across the entire product platform.
- Align with your product manager on problem definition, providing design solutions throughout the end-to-end development stage.
- Partner with engineering teams early in the design process to vet technical feasibility and uncover edge cases.
