Main responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting all employees in the area of responsibility throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Advice and support for employees and managers on personnel and labor law issues
- Supporting managers in the recruitment process (including the entire recruitment process and salary policy)
- Close exchange and collaboration with our managers, such as in supporting change processes or conflict situations
- Support in identifying development measures, succession planning and talent management for all employee levels
- Participation in administrative HR processes relating to the employee life cycle from entry and exit as well as in the event of mutations Ensuring high-quality HR services
- Participation in the implementation and further development of our HR processes and HR projects Strengths
- Completed further training to become an HR specialist
- Several years of experience as a people business partner or HR generalist, preferably in a comparable environment
- Strong communicator and empathetic personality
