Position: Patient Records Manager (M/M) 40%-80%.
Clinique Le Noirmont, a leading rehabilitation centre in its field of activity, located in an idyllic region, in the heart of the Franches-Montagnes, is looking to complete its team, for an immediate start or to be agreed upon: A patient file manager (40%-80%) Your profile: • you have a CFC as a commercial employee or a diploma deemed equivalent • you are fluent in Swiss-German or German (essential condition, level C1 required) • you are comfortable with current computer tools • you ideally have knowledge of hospital software (CIS, OPAL, PROTEL) • you have interpersonal skills, a sense of priorities and a sense of hospitality • You have good resistance to stress and are energetic in nature • you are multi-tasking and able to perform all tasks adequately in a day Your role: • process requests for stays and plan the occupation of beds • ensure communication with insurance (guarantees, etc.) • welcome and guide patients at the entrance, families/loved ones and give them all the information and information about their stay •
