Role overview
The operating room, located on our Delémont site, brings together a multidisciplinary team committed to optimal care of patients requiring various surgical interventions.
Prioritizing safety, quality and continuity of care, we perform more than 5,000 procedures each year in areas such as general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology-obstetrics, urology and other specialties.
The anesthesiology department is looking for entry into the position immediately or to be agreed, a:
- The operating room, located on our Delémont site, brings together a multidisciplinary team committed to optimal care of patients requiring various surgical interventions.
- Prioritizing safety, quality and continuity of care, we perform more than 5,000 procedures each year in areas such as general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology-obstetrics, urology and other specialties.
- Ensure individualized care for all patients undergoing surgical intervention, by providing complex quality care, autonomously and medico-delegated in collaboration with the physician-anesthesiologists.
- Ensure the continuity of information and the accuracy of transmissions.
- Nurse anesthetist diploma or title deemed equivalent.
- Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas (or to be requested).
Main responsibilities
- Ensure individualized care for all patients undergoing surgical intervention, by providing complex quality care, autonomously and medico-delegated in collaboration with the physician-anesthesiologists.
- Ensure the continuity of information and the accuracy of transmissions.
- Collaborate effectively with recovery room staff and those involved in the operating room.
- Collaborate closely with hospitalization units, as part of monitoring post-operative analgesia.
Key requirements
- Nurse anesthetist diploma or title deemed equivalent.
- Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas (or to be requested).
- Experience within a multidisciplinary unit would be an asset.
- Ability to manage stressful situations and dynamic environments.
- Analytical spirit, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
