- e2e management of all business and IT teams and measures to resolve incidents and ensure stable 24/7 IT operations by quickly restoring critical services
- Ensure adequate communication and governance of incidents to ensure rapid recovery and minimise impact for customers
Main responsibilities

- Ensure adequate communication and governance of incidents to ensure rapid recovery and minimise impact for customers
- Ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of IT operational and change standards, governance mechanisms and documentation policies across the enterprise
- Design and coordination of and participation in IT service management practices that prevent possible incidents (reliability management)
- Support senior management presentations, audits and regulatory audits as well as participation in bank-wide resilience initiatives regarding IT service management relevant topics Requirements
- >7 years: IT Service Management, Operations Management in Financial Services
- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): computer science / business administration / engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that enable you to act confidently, transparently and purposefully even in critical situations
- Experience in setting up, leading and operating IT service management according to industry standards (e.g. ITIL) and leading interdisciplinary teams

- In-depth technical and operational expertise in the banking sector, in particular of used IT systems and architecture, application platforms and security and software standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide complex technical information for management incl. to develop, structure and mediate C-level
- Knowledge of leadership and management (project) in German (negotiation confident) English (flowing) Cosa of friamo
