Mission

• You learn how to transform milk into a wide variety of products – you manage the stages of production, filling, refining, packaging and even tasting.
• You put in service, monitor and clean ultra-modern production facilities, always in compliance with hygiene standards.
• You analyze the products in the laboratory – chemically and microbiologically – to ensure an irreproachable quality.
• You work in different departments and in several production sites, which allows you to understand the whole profession.

• You have completed the compulsory school with a good level in French, mathematics and natural sciences.
• You like dairy products and you have a good sense of smell and taste.
• You are comfortable with the technique and you like to understand how machines work.
• You pay attention to hygiene, you work with care and you always keep a good overview.
• You live in the area where the cheese factory is located and you have a reasonable way to get to work.
