- Overall responsibility for kitchen operations, menu planning and purchasing
- Responsibility and leadership of a kitchen team of 4 to 5 people, including a learning person in cooperation with the person responsible for education
- Preparation of child-friendly, healthy lunch meals (about 400 per day) for children and adolescents between the ages of 6 and 16 years
- Close cooperation with the catering department, implementation in the company Compliance with legal hygiene regulations Requirements
- Training as a cook/chef with federal certificate of ability (EFZ), ideally further training as head cook/chef EFA
- Professional experience and knowledge in child-friendly nutrition, enjoyment of contact with children and adolescents
- Good written and oral knowledge of German (B2)
