- Processing of compliance matters, including internal training programmes
- Legal support for R&D projects and handling IP issues
- Analysis and verification of contracts with and for the respective departments
- Consulting of business functions and local subsidiaries

- Extensive project management capabilities and service-oriented working methods
- German as a native language and excellent English skills, further language skills are advantageous

- The Legal Department (Corporate Legal) bears overall responsibility for the coordination and monitoring of all legal matters within the Octapharma Group.
- This includes contractual support if an Octapharma unit is a party to the agreement or if Octapharma is directly or indirectly obliged (e.g. in the case of clinical study agreements concluded by a contract research institute (CRO) on our behalf).
- The department also manages the intellectual property of the group (patents, trademarks and know-how), supervises the administrative management of the legal units of Octapharma (subsidiaries and representative offices) and manages major litigations involving both the parent company and its subsidiaries.
