Main responsibilities

  • You’ll coordinate with key stakeholders, both business and technical, to deliver high-quality data products that power innovative services and unlock new business opportunities Your new responsibilities -Vision and Strategy: Define the vision and roadmap for data products, aligned with business strategy end-to-end and across different parts of the organization -Product Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the data product backlog to maximize business value by monitoring performance, gathering feedback, and iterating on product features -Stakeholder Management : Engage stakeholders across business units, data science and engineering to gather requirements and communicate progress -Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a virtual team of Data Product Owners to ensure effective product development -Data Governance and Quality: ensure that data products adhere to quality standards and meet legal requirements -Innovation: Identify and drive opportunities for data innovation and AI Your Profile

  • Location: This position will be in Zug, Switzerland.
  • Please note that qualified candidates need to be legally eligible for work authorization in Switzerland The Role As our new Lead Data Product Owner (LDPO), you’ll work across data domains, technical units, and diverse data sources, from IoT devices, cloud platforms and IT systems to core business processes.
  • Given the breadth of the product's scope, 5 years plus of experience in data or product management with strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in the technical building domain (automation, energy, security) is a strong plus
  • Good understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, metadata practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience defining, delivering, and evolving data products, with a strong focus on business value, adoption, and measurable outcomes
  • Experience identifying and driving AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics in products
  • Solid understanding of data technologies (databases, catalogues, data lakes) to steer product decisions and discussions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior business and technical stakeholders
