MISSION

Integrated into the Materials Laboratory team at the Varinor site in Delémont, you will perform analyses (mainly in the field of sample preparation, metallographic analysis, mechanical testing and physico-chemical analysis) on all types of materials in order to improve the quality of the finished product.

LIABILITY

Your responsibilities will include

• Conduct analyses and various tests
• Analyze, interpret and track results.
• Write analytical reports
• Continue analysis as required
• Propose and implement continuous improvement actions

PROFILE

A result of laboratory training in materials/physical or equivalent, you justify a few years of experience in a laboratory. You have perfect knowledge of the preparation techniques for metallographic analysis, optical microscopy, mechanical testing and measurements of the physical and optical properties of materials. Knowledge of corrosion of materials and/or chemical analysis techniques, such as ICP-OES, would be a plus. You are rigorous, methodical and easy to adapt and learn. Your team spirit, your ability to think and your flexibility will be all the more important to carry out this mission.
