- You assume strategic and operational overall responsibility for the low-code platform Lobster Data World and develop it further
- Initiate, plan and control demanding IT projects in the area of data integration in accordance with time, quality and financial specifications

Main responsibilities
- You assume strategic and operational overall responsibility for the low-code platform Lobster Data World and develop it further
- Initiate, plan and control demanding IT projects in the area of data integration in accordance with time, quality and financial specifications
- As a central contact person, you coordinate the specialist departments involved, develop strategic solution concepts and ensure smooth integration of processes and systems.
- You create project presentations and documentation as well as lead meetings and workshops and work with operational and administrative systems
- Interdisciplinary project teams and employees lead you professionally and personnel with a cooperative, transparent and goal-oriented leadership style
- In addition, you promote the development of your employees, coordinate personnel topics with HR and manage the area assigned to you economically and responsibly. Profile:
- A completed commercial education or an equivalent qualification, for example a degree in computer science or business administration, forms your professional basis
- Several years of professional experience in supply chain management and computer science bring you as well as ideally experience with the Lobster platform
- Thanks to your leadership experience, you succeed in leading, promoting and developing employees in an appreciative, clear and goal-oriented manner.
