The EMS unit Le Tabeillon , attached to the Residence La Promenade , in Delémont , welcomes residents who need support adapted to their loss of autonomy. Our multidisciplinary team works with commitment and benevolence to ensure quality management, respecting the rhythm of each resident.

In order to ensure the replacement of a collaborator, we are seeking, for an entry into office or to be agreed upon and for a fixed period of one year , an e:

Responsibilities

• · Provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• · Assess the health status of residents and decide on the care to be provided independently.
• · Provide clinical surveillance, treatment and documentation of care.
• · To accompany residents and their relatives by promoting their autonomy.
• · Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, ASSCs and assistant teachers.

Qualifications

• · Bachelor of Science HES in Nursing or equivalent.
• · Recognition of the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas (prefek accepted).
• · Experience with the elderly or the desired EMS.
• · Autonomy, decision-making and sense of responsibility, associated with empathy and patience.
• · Ability to work on irregular schedules, weekends and public holidays included.
