- Analyze malfunctions and error states as part of incident, change and problem management as well as initiate and monitor the necessary measures for remediation
- Participate in the development of the system architecture and in the specification of suitable methods, techniques, standards and tools for the construction and operation of the systems
- Systems in the area of network and automation plan, evaluate, migrate, develop or implement, configure, test, implement and operate as well as create, update and maintain the associated system-related operating documentation
- degree (EFZ or university) in computer science, telecommunications, electrical engineering, or in a similar technical field
- Basic understanding of business relationships
- Multi-year DevOps professional experience in the ICT environment, preferably in network planning and development with very good knowledge of network technologies
- Certifications in areas of CISCO (minor CCNP) and knowledge in automation
- Experience in the development, planning, implementation and operation of data center networks, use of analysis tools and skill with agile methods and roles (especially SAFe, Jira environment) desirable
- Team capable and enduring personality with high independence, good analytical skills and with interest to learn new things
- Oral and written knowledge of a second official language and English skills
