Shipments

• Provide top-level advice on human resources to managers and support them in applying human resource processes and guidelines
• Help managers manage the most common individual situations
• Participating in difficult talks, conflict resolution procedures and long-term absence monitoring together with stakeholders
• Monitoring human resource indicators (assenteism, turnover, involvement, overtime) and helping to define improvement measures
• Contribute to maintaining a positive social climate and promoting good practices in human resources among those responsible

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years: in a general role in the field of human resources
• Vocational training completed (CFP): employed/or trade, supplemented by a certificate of assistant to human resources or another training in the field of human resources
• Open and empathic personality, which loves to interact with different people
• Integrity, authenticity and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft 365, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Italian (Good Level)
• German (Very good knowledge)

Recruitment process
