Tasks
- They look after and advise our patients and their relatives professionally and with high care quality and ensure a high-quality care process
- You organize your workspace independently and take on daily responsibility if necessary
- They take over the educational leadership of the learning island and accompany trainees in their professional and personal development
- They play an active role in shaping the day-to-day training – from planning and implementation to reflection and quality assurance of learning processes – and coordinate training on the station, including recruitment of learners.
- They work closely with the vocational training managers, the vocational trainers and the managers, implement joint projects and coach the vocational trainees in the team
- They work in a 3-shift operation in a committed leadership and care team and bear responsibility for the safety of patients as well as for the quality of training and care.
Requirements
- Diploma HF or Bachelor FH in nursing and further education (at least SVEB 1)
- Experience as a vocational trainer, ideally in a main responsible function
- Enjoyment in the promotion and support of learners as well as strong pedagogical skills
- A patient-oriented, responsible and quality-oriented way of working with entrepreneurial thinking
- Organizational skills, leadership skills and a high level of team and service orientation
- Readiness for continuous training in vocational training We offer:
