- Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to source a continuous flow of high-potential partnership opportunities.
- Partner with technology and business teams to systematically screen for relevant technologies, products, companies, and digital solutions.
- Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit, financial feasibility, and business modeling against defined "WANTs" and TPPs. GET Negotiate and Secure Partnerships
- Lead the structuring and negotiation of complex agreements, including licensing, R&D, and commercial collaborations.
- Collaborate and co-lead M&A transactions with Group Business Development.
- Direct cross-functional due diligence to ensure opportunities align with strategic "WANTs" and TPPs.
