Main responsibilities

- The position connects the activity in VIVA (long-term patient care) with operations in the Walk-in-Clinic (acute care without appointment).
- It expects a varied clinical activity in a multidisciplinary environment.
- As part of the VIVA team in Biel, you integrate a patient-centered supply system that promotes coordinated supply, active prevention and interdisciplinary cooperation in everyday life. Your main tasks:
- They work in tandem in the home doctor's practice VIVA with long-term care and prevention and in the Walk-in-Clinic (WIK) for acute concerns without prior registration - to conduct medical consultations on the diagnosis, treatment and care of a wide range of diseases
- Patient care: in patients with acute or chronic illnesses in the medical practice and Walk-in-Clinic
- Extensive health checks including clinical investigations, anamnese survey and the initiation of supplementary diagnostics
- Implementation of preventive measures such as vaccination, preventive and lifestyle advice
- Precise, current documentation of patient records according to technical and legal standards
- Enge interprofessional cooperation with specialist:inside, care, psychology and other health professionals
